Louisiana Trooper Foundation is saddened to announce the passing of Troop “L” Board member and our friend, Mr. Stephen Stumpf. Stephen played an active role in the Foundation and believed strongly in our mission to not only support the troopers of this department, but the communities we serve. Stephen dedicated his time and resources to many organizations and will be missed by the many people he touched and will be remembered for the positive impact he not only had in their lives but on our Foundation.
